Skirting cover panel requires new softwood cover where rotten
Existing windows- frames to be replaced under contract
Fascia panels replaced- awaiting decoration.

Additional ply panel can be fixed internally to preserve existing fascia. CVA to forward proposals/ BRAC to provide costs as above
BRAC suggested lining/ insulating areas of open stud partitioning to external walls. CVA to forward budget cost to school for comment.
Existing ply panel to Male WC to be removed for investigation as damp/ condensation formed
All remaining whiteboards/ equipment to be removed prior to decoration. CVA to request client to remove a.s.a.p.

Client to confirm whiteboard size/ fixing method/ model/ wiring schematic etc. to enable contractor to complete all containment under contract- urgent
Soil pipe/ minimum width of escape to be discussed with AIS. 1050mm required.
