All existing ironmongery reviewed on site- revised schedule to be issued. Digilocks in general to be disabled where key operated lock also present- to make compliant with Part B/ Fire strategy.
Carpet to NW0.06 discussed. Currently down to be retained but now room has been cleared it has revealed lots of staining. Request for pricing to replace to be raised
