Fascia decorations to be completed
White paint around ramp to be completed
Redundant light fittings to be removed- areas made good
Ramp/ slabs complete
Redundant light fittings on fascia- ditto
Fire door keep shut signs required to all doors off of protected route only- to be applied to both leaves (where relevant) and both sides. Confirmed with AIS
Existing blind to be refitted- slightly undersized due to previous joinery- but should eliminate glare
Electrical works to be completed
Minor touching in of decorations- ceilings various locations as noted on site
Touch in decs over new door classroom 1
Rooflights- some eased- some broken and not repaired. BRAC to review if further repairs can be carried out
Ramp timber complete- awaiting strips to top surface
Decoration required around existing fan- Male WC

If alarm is redundant to be removed and fascia made good
Cill to have additional coat of paint
Low level fascia board to have additional layer of paint
High level fascia board to have additional layer of paint
Redo filler to patch repair and recoat with masonry paint
Block downpipe/cap
Handrails to be continuous- complete with mired radius

Complete solar film to EW.24 & EW.23
Complete fire rated glass installation EW.23
Denso tape/ low level repair to RWP
Remove nails to external cladding
