The first coat of paint has been applied to the external cladding. Some repairs to be done prior to final coat.

Georgian wire glazing has been fitted to EW.24. CVA to check requirement for high level fire resistance.
External escape ramp under construction.
It was agreed that the landing platform to the escape ramp is to be constructed in timber
The handrails to the ramp are to be continuous to avoid clothing getting caught during escape.
New trims have been added to the south elevation
High level external panel requires repair - batten to be fixed over felt

Notice board to cleaner's cupboard in NW.08 has been removed to reveal irreversible damage to door. Notice board to be refitted.
Internal window to ID.01 has been blocked in and decorated. Data conduit to be fed through panel.
Gapping under ED.05 will cause heat loss - draftproofing under-door system required.
Sample radiator to be cleaned prior to progress meeting to establish whether they will need repainting.
Frog light in NW07 to be relocated to left of the room to reduce visual impact of ply backing.
