Site Visit 08.07.13

 

 New high level windows have been constructed and decorated on the south elevation

 New emergency light fitting to ED.02

 Drain to south elevation to be fixed back to the cladding.

 External decoration is under way to the west elevation.

 

 The trims have been added to the south elevation to NW0.16. External decoration is under way.

 

 External door ED.05 has been repaired. New emergency light fitting above door.

Entry ramp A is almost complete with a sub base used to amend the level and the existing paving slabs reused.

Internal door ID.14 requires surface repairs.

Frog light fitting to NW0.07 requires relocation to east side of downstand.

External decoration to north facade is underway

Splitting to softwood trims at base of north elevation. CVA to review during snagging.
